MMP-9 Antibody ELISA

MMP-9 antibody ELISA preparation

This antibody was produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified, recombinant Human matrix metallopeptidase 9 (rhMMP9; Catalog#10327-H08H; Met1-Asp707; NP_004985.2). The IgG fraction of the cell culture supernatant was purified by Protein A affinity chromatography.
