Lentivirus, a type of retrovirus, has become the most popular gene transduction tool. Lentiviral vectors can effectively infect neuronal cells, hepatocytes, cardiomyocytes, tumor cells, endothelial cells, stem cells, and other types of cells. For some difficult-to-transfect cells, such as primary cells and non-differentiated cells, the use of lentiviral vectors can greatly increase the transduction efficiency of the target gene. Lentivirus also has obvious advantages in transient transfection and stable strain screening.
In order to meet different experimental needs, Sino Biological provides various forms of lentiviral ORF clone / plasmid with high-efficiency transfection and better biosafety for customers.

Transfer plasmid can be freely combined with other companies' package kit, all can obtain high titer lentivirus particles |
pLV-GFPSpark® plasmid (Cat. No.: LVCV-01) was transfected into 293LT cells and viral fluid was collected 48 hours later. The lentivirus titer was up to 1.27x10^8 TU/ml measured by flow cytometry.
GFPSpark® lentiviral particles infected different cells at different multiplicity of infection (MOI), 72 hours later, observed under fluorescent microscope.
The transfer plasmid can be freely combined with other companies' package kit, all can obtain high titer lentivirus particles. A:pLV-GFPSpark® (SB) + Package Kit (A company);B:pLV-GFPSpark® (SB)+ Package Kit (B company)
