Anti-GFP Tag Antibody

Anti-GFP tag Antibody

Green fluorescent protein (GFP) derived from the jellyfish Aequorea victoria has become an important marker for visualization of protein localization, monitoring physiological processes and for detecting transgenic or transient protein expression in vivo. The GFP tag contains 238 amino acids, and has a molecular weight of 26.9 KDa. GFP can be used for the generation of fusion proteins without significantly interfering with native protein assembly and function, which makes this tag a very powerful tool for in vivo analyses.

Sino Biological anti-GFP Tag antibodies can reliably detect GFP (Green fluorescent protein), and every lot of our anti-GFP Tag antibodies are fully validated in various applications, including Western Blotting (WB), ELISA and Immunoprecipitation (IP).
