Immunofluorescence staining of ZNF543 in A431 cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, permeabilzed with 0.3% Triton X-100 in PBS,blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with rabbit anti-Human ZNF543 polyclonal antibody (dilution ratio 1:100) at 4℃ overnight. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor®488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green). Positive staining was localized to Nucleus and Cytoplasm.
ZNF543 Background Information
ZNF543 (Zinc Finger Protein 543, also known as DKFZp434H055) is located on human chromosome 19q13.43. The ZNF543 protein is ubiquitously expressed in ovary, thyroid and other tissues. Structurally, the encoded ZNF543 protein is reported to be 68404 Da in mass. 27 organisms have orthologs with human gene ZNF543. Among its related pathways are Gene Expression and Herpes simplex virus 1 infection. ZNF543 is related to nucleic acid binding. An important paralog of this gene is ZNF460. ZNF543 may be involved in transcriptional regulation.
