Immunofluorescence staining of TRAILR3 in A549 cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, permeabilzed with 0.3% Triton X-100 in PBS,blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with rabbit anti-Human TRAILR3 polyclonal antibody (dilution ratio 1:200) at 4℃ overnight. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor®488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green) and counterstained with DAPI (blue).Positive staining was localized to Cytoplasm.

TNFRSF10C was immunoprecipitated using:

Lane A:0.5 mg Hela Whole Cell Lysate

4 µL anti-TNFRSF10C rabbit polyclonal antibody and 60 μg of Immunomagnetic beads Protein A/G.

DcR1/TRAILR3 Background Information

TNFRSF10C CNV in patients with CRC is associated with distant metastatic disease. A high frequency of CGI methylation in the TNFRSF10C promoter results in inactivation of the gene and enhancement of tumor growth in most PC cell lines (except CFPAC-1). Inactivation of TNFRSF10C by CpG island (CGI) hypermethylation can play an important role in PC progression and be potentially useful as a diagnostic marker and a new therapeutic approach for PC.
