产品描述:
SMM 293-TI培养基是用于HEK293细胞悬浮培养和目标分子表达的培养基。产品中含有谷氨酰胺、HEPES、碳酸氢钠、氨基酸、维生素、酚红、微量元素、PluronicÒ F-68等有利于HEK293细胞生长和表达的组分。产品无血清,无抗生素,无动物源性组分,有利于建立稳定的HEK293细胞表达系统。在转染后的表达阶段同时配套使用加料液SMS 293-SUPI能够实现细胞的长时间培养,获得更高的蛋白产量。

SMM 293-TI培养基为澄清红色透明液体,2~8℃避光保存,使用过程中请勿反复预热。
产品使用效果:
细胞密度高
相同条件下,分别使用SMM 293-TI培养基和三种不同的进口品牌培养基对HEK293细胞进行培养,接种后每隔24小时测定并记录培养液中的细胞密度及细胞活率。结果如下图所示,SMM 293-TI和同类竞争产品相比具有明显的优势。
