|This antibody was produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified, recombinant H1N1 (A/Puerto Rico/8/34/Mount Sinai) M1 / Matrix Protein 1 (Catalog#40010-V07E; NP_040978.1; Ser 2-Lys 252). The IgG fraction of the cell culture supernatant was purified by Protein A affinity chromatography.|
