Molecule Mass:The recombinant M1 subunit of influenza A H3N2 consists of 268 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 30 kDa. It migrates as an approximately 35 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Formulation:Lyophilized from sterile 1mM EDTA, 50mM Tris, 50mM NaCl, 5% glycerol.
