Human CD300C Materials provided
Capture Ab:0.2 mg/mL of rabbit anti-CD300C monoclonal antibody (in PBS, pH 7.4). Dilute to a working concentration of 2 μg/mL in CBS before coating.
Detection Ab:0.5 mg/mL rabbit anti-CD300C monoclonal antibody conjugated to horseradish-peroxidase (HRP) (in PBS, 50 % glycerol, pH 7.4). Dilute to working concentration of 0.5 μg/mL in detection antibody dilution buffer before use.
Standard:Each vial contains 8 ng of recombinant CD300C. Reconstitute with 1 mL detection antibody dilution buffer. After reconstitution, store at -20℃ to -80℃ in a manual defrost freezer. A seven-point standard curve using 2-fold serial dilutions in sample dilution buffer, and a high standard of 0.6 ng/mL is recommended.
Human CD300C Specificity
Human CD300C Sensitivity
The minimum detectable dose of Human CD300C was determined to be approximately 9.4 pg/ml. This is defined as at least three times standard deviations above the mean optical density of 10 replicates of the zero standard.
Human CD300C Principle of the product
The Human CD300C ELISA Pair Set is for the quantitative determination of Human CD300C.
This ELISA Pair Set contains the basic components required for the development of sandwich ELISAs.
The Sino Biological ELISA Pair Set is a solid phase sandwich ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay). It utilizes a monoclonal antibody specific for CD300C coated on a 96-well plate. Standards and samples are added to the wells, and any CD300C present binds to the immobilized antibody. The wells are washed and a horseradish peroxidase conjugated rabbit anti-CD300C monoclonal antibody is then added, producing an antibody-antigen-antibody "sandwich". The wells are again washed and TMB substrate solution is loaded, which produces color in proportion to the amount of CD300C present in the sample. To end the enzyme reaction, the stop solution is added and absorbances of the microwell are read at 450 nm.
Human CD300C Storage

CD300C Background

The cluster of differentiation (CD) system is commonly used as cell markers in immunophynotyping. Different kinds of cells in the immune system can be identified through the surface CD molecules which associating with the immune function of the cell. There are more than 320 CD unique clusters and subclusters have been identified. Some of the CD molecules serve as receptors or ligands important to the cell through initiating a signal cascade which then alter the behavior of the cell. Some CD proteins do not take part in cell signal process but have other functions such as cell adhesion. CD300 is a glycoprotein family of cell surface molecules that regulate a diverse array of cell processes via their triggering and inhibitory receptor functions. The CD300 family of myeloid immunoglobulin receptors includes activating(CD300b, CD300e) and inhibitory members(CD300a, CD300f), as well as CD300c and CD300d, whose function is uncertain.
