HAProtein Product Information
Synonym:HA1
Protein Construction:A DNA sequence encoding the N-terminal segment (Met 1-Arg 343) of the influenza A H16N3 hemagglutinin (A/black-headed gull/Sweden /5/99 (H16N3)) (AAV91217.1), termed as HA1, was fused with a C-terminal polyhistidine tag.
Species:H16N3
Expressed Host:Human Cells
Form & Shipping:In general, recombinant proteins are provided as lyophilized powder which are shipped at ambient temperature.
Bulk packages of recombinant proteins are provided as frozen liquid. They are shipped out with blue ice unless customers require otherwise.
HAProtein QC Testing
Purity:> 92 % as determined by SDS-PAGE
Endotoxin:< 1.0 EU per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method
Stability:Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -70℃
Predicted N Terminal:Asp 20
Molecule Mass:The secreted recombinant HA1 subunit of influenza A H16N3 HA (A/black-headed gull/Sweden/5/99 (H16N3)) comprises 335 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 37.5 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the apparent molecular mass of the protein is approximately 45-50 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Formulation:Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4
1. Normally 5 % - 8 % trehalose and mannitol are added as protectants before lyophilization. Specific concentrations are included in the hardcopy of COA.
