RP11-5K23.1, CD16, CD16A, FCG3, FCGR3, FCGRIII, FCR-10, FCRIII, FCRIIIA, IGFR3
A DNA sequence encoding the extracellular domain (Met 1-Gln 208) of human CD16a (P08637-1) was fused with a c-terminal polyhistidine tagged AVI tag at the C-terminus. The expressed protein was biotinylated in vivo by the Biotin-Protein ligase (BirA enzyme) which is co-expressed.
In general, recombinant proteins are provided as lyophilized powder which are shipped at ambient temperature.
Bulk packages of recombinant proteins are provided as frozen liquid. They are shipped out with blue ice unless customers require otherwise.
> 90 % as determined by SDS-PAGE
1. Measured by its ability to bind recombinant human IgG1 in a functional ELISA.
2. Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Human IgG1 at 10 μg/ml (100 μl/well) can bind Human CD16a(Cat:10389-H27H-B). The EC50 of Human CD16a(Cat:10389-H27H-B) is 2.4 - 5.7 μg/ml.
3. Labeling ratio of biotin to protein: 0.7-1.
< 1.0 EU per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -70℃
The secreted recombinant human CD16a consists of 223 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 25.1 kDa. By SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, the apparent molecular mass of the protein is approximately 48 kDa due to glycosylation.
Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4
1. Normally 5 % - 8 % trehalose and mannitol are added as protectants before lyophilization. Specific concentrations are included in the hardcopy of COA.

Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
A hardcopy of COA with reconstitution instruction is sent along with the products. Please refer to it for detailed information.
