Online Ordering

1. How do I create a new online order?

To place a new order, search for your product of interest using the Product Search Box on the top of the home page. Enter the quantity and click on the Add to Cart icon to begin the order process.

2. How do I register for a new account?

To register a new account, please click the Register and enter relevant information. Online ordering is available for customers all over the world.

3. How do I log in?

Click on the Log In link located at the upper right corner of the homepage, or follow the prompt during the ordering process.

4. How do I search for products?

To search for a product of interest, simply type the product name or Catalog number in the search box on the top of your screen. If you cannot find the product you need, please contact us by email: order@sinobiological.com . We can search our database of products that are still under development.

5. How do I view previous online orders?

Only registered clients can view their previous orders. Log in and enter your user ID (your email address), then click My Orders on the left of the webpage.

6. Can I track a shipped order?

The tracking number will be sent to you via email when it is available. You can check the delivery status on the carrier's website.
