In the past two years, we have successfully expressed and produced over 500 recombinant proteins at bulk quantities with our multiple state-of-the-art proprietary platform technologies in mammalian cells, insect cells, and E. coli. Our experience in recombinant protein expression and bulk production includes cytokine, growth hormone, receptor, enzyme, kinase, structural protein, viral proteins, etc. We have successfully expressed and produced bulk quantities of some of the most difficult-to-express proteins, such as C-Met, DKK1, SOST, IL27, IL35, CMV-gB, H5N1-HA, RSV-F, VEGF-165, ASM. We have produced recombinant proteins at quantities up to 20 grams in just a couple of weeks.

Sino Biological has extensive experience in gene codon optimization using our proprietary software, expression vector design and construction, fusion partner and tag selection, and expression system selection for a particular protein. We also have produced in house cleavage enzymes such as enterokinase (EK), tobacco virus TEV protease, HRV 3C Protease to facilitate cleavage and removal of the fusion partner and purification tag. We are also experienced in purifying native proteins without purification tag to ensure protein bioactivity.

Risk-Free & Commitment-Free Option for Client: We are also confident and willing to take all of the risk in investing our own resources to develop a process for the production of a protein of interest to client. If we fail to produce the protein, the client does not need to pay anything (risk-free to client). If we succeed in producing the recombinant protein, then we will take the risk in producing bulk quantities of the protein on shelf as a catalog product for the client to order, but the client is not obligated to order the protein from us (commitment-free for client).
