Sino Biological Ultra-linked rProtein A resin was produced by immobilizing recombinant protein A to 4% cross-linked agarose matrix. The matrix is highly cross-linked, physically and chemically stable, and particularly suitable for process scale applications where starting material volumes are large and flow rates are high. The maximum flow rate is 250 cm/h.

Low Protein A Leaching
The ligand protein A has been coupled to the matrix through a stable covalent bond . And the leached protein A ligand is far below 100 ppm.
The column was loaded with antibody at 30mg/ml for 5min. The antibody recovery remains over 96%, after 30 cycles of CIP.
One CIP cycle includes the following washing steps: Washing: 0.05M NaOH, 1 M NaCl, 0.2ml/min, 6 column volumes (CV), Balancing: 5 CV, Eluting: 5 CV
