1. Shipping Methods: room/ambient temperature or frozen

For most recombinant protein provided as lyophilized powder and most antibodies provided as liquid, it remains stable during the delivery at ambient temperature.
For frozen shipments, under no special requirement blue ice is packed.
For shipments at 4℃, please inquire.

Delivery timeline depends on the carrier services. The shipments are normally made via FedEx, TNT, DHL, UPS, etc. We primarily use FedEx for America, Asia and Oceania destinations and TNT or DHL for Europe destinations.
If you intend to import the products using your Fed-Ex or DHL courier account, please provide the courier account # on the purchase order.
Shipping and handling costs are prepaid and added to the invoice.
