LC3B (Protein|Antibody|cDNA Clone|ELISA Kit)

All LC3B reagents are produced in house and quality controlled, including 3 LC3B Antibody, 60 LC3B Gene, 1 LC3B IPKit, 1 LC3B Protein, 2 LC3B qPCR. All LC3B reagents are ready to use.

Recombinant LC3B proteins are expressed by E. coli with fusion tags as N-His.

LC3B antibodies are validated with different applications, which are ELISA, WB, IP.

LC3B cDNA clones are full length sequence confirmed and expression validated. There are 13 kinds of tags for each LC3B of different species, especially GFP tag, OFP tag, FLAG tag and so on. There are three kinds of vectors for choice, cloning vector, expression vector and lentivrial expression vector.

LC3B IP Kit (1)

LC3B, also known as MAP1LC3B, is a member of the MAP1 LC3 family. It is moat abundantly expressed in heart, brain, skeletal muscle and testis. LC3B is a subunit of neuronal microtubule and functions in formation of autophagosomal vacuoles (autophagosomes). It associated MAP1A and MAP1B proteins, which are involved in microtubule assembly and important for neurogenesis. LC3B also plays a role in autophagy, a process that involves the bulk degradation of cytoplasmic component.
