All IL-34 reagents are produced in house and quality controlled, including 39 IL-34 Gene, 1 IL-34 Lysate, 1 IL-34 Protein, 3 IL-34 qPCR. All IL-34 reagents are ready to use.
Recombinant IL-34 proteins are expressed by HEK293 Cells with fusion tags as C-His.
IL-34 cDNA clones are full length sequence confirmed and expression validated. There are 13 kinds of tags for each IL-34 of different species, especially GFP tag, OFP tag, FLAG tag and so on. There are three kinds of vectors for choice, cloning vector, expression vector and lentivrial expression vector.
Interleukin 34 (IL-34), also known as uncharacterized protein C16 or f77 homolog, is a secreted cytokine that belongs to unknown cytokine family. IL-34 protein is expressed in various tissues, including heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney, spleen, thymus, testes, ovary, small intestine, prostate and colon, and most abundant in the spleen. The colony-stimulating factor 1 receptor (CSF-1R) is identified as the receptor for IL-34. IL-34 increases growth or survival of immune cells known as monocytes. In addition, IL-34 promoted the formation of the colony-forming unit-macrophage (CFU-M), a macrophage progenitor, in human bone marrow cultures.
