Sino Biological has developed one of the most advanced and efficient transient transfection technologies in HEK293 cells, including all key expertise such as protein-free cell culture medium, vector optimization, and large-scale production. This proprietary platform can be applied for recombinant protein or monoclonal antibody expression, at small or large scales, for suspended or anchorage-dependent cells.
Our state-of-the-art mammalian cell transient expression technology allows us to offer high-quality production of glycosylated and functional recombinant proteins and antibodies at record speed, in high throughput, and at affordable cost. Hundreds of monoclonal antibodies and recombinant proteins have been successfully produced by our mammalian cell expression technologies. Moreover, we have successfully produced difficult-to-express proteins and antibodies that clients’ in-house experts and/or US-based prominent CROs had failed to produce.
Sino Biological has over 50 large scale bioreactors and 10 sets of purification units. We have been continuously expanding production capacity to ensure that there is no lead time for any customer project.
The combination of an industry-leading technology and large scale cell culture capabilities enables us to produce gram quantities of antibodies within weeks. Multiple antibodies of 10 gram level quantities had been produced and purified for clients within 3-5 weeks excluding time for gene synthesis and vector construction (adding 2-3 weeks) where the antibodies were of typical expression levels.
Sino Biological has successfully produced more than 400 recombinant proteins and more than 400 recombinant monoclonal antibodies by transient transfection. Several monoclonal antibodies that have been produced successfully are at 25 gram scale.
We produce recombinant proteins and monoclonal antibodies at high purity. Many of these proteins and antibodies were of clinical grade that can be used for in vivo animal testing.
