  11979-H07B:

1. When 5 x 10⁴ cells/well are added to human EGFL7 coated plates (4 µg/mL and 100 µL/well), approximately > 40% will adhere after 1 hour at 37 ℃. Measured by the ability of the immobilized protein to support the adhesion of the HUVEC human umbilical vein endothelial cell line.

2. Measured by its ability to bind human NOTCH1 in a functional Elisa.

  50472-M07B: When 4 x 10⁴ cells/well are added to mouse EGFL7 coated plates (0.8 µg/mL , 100 µL/well) , approximately > 40% will adhere after one hour at 37 ℃. Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA.
