Quantitative determination of Mouse DKK3
1. Capture Antibody 0.5 mg/mL of rabbit anti-mouse DKK3 monoclonal antibody. Dilute to a working concentration of 2.0 μg/mL in CBS before coating. (Catalog: # 50247-R019)
2. Detection Antibody 0.5 mg/mL rabbit anti-mouse DKK3 polyclonal antibody conjugated to horseradish-peroxidase (HRP). Dilute to working concentration of 0.25 μg/mL in detection antibody dilution buffer before use.
3. Standard Each vial contains 15 ng of recombinant mouse DKK3. Reconstitute standard powder with 1 mL detection antibody dilution buffer. After reconstitution, store at -20℃ to -80℃ in a manual defrost freezer. A seven-point standard curve using 2-fold serial dilutions in sample dilution buffer, and a high standard of 1000 pg/mL is recommended.

DKK3 (dickkopf related protein 3) is a member of the dickkopf-related family consisting of DKK1, DKK2, DKK3 and DKK4. It is a secreted protein, and also known as REIC (Reduced Expansion in Immortalized Cells). The DKK3 protein is proposed to function as a secreted tumor suppressor since it is downregulated in a number of cancer cells and prostate cancer tissue and may be a promising candidate molecule for therapeutic interference. DKK3 protein is also a negative regulator of beta-catenin and its downregulation contribute to an activation of the beta-catenin signaling pathway.
