All MCP-1 / CCL2 reagents are produced in house and quality controlled, including 11 MCP-1 / CCL2 Antibody, 3 MCP-1 / CCL2 ELISA, 36 MCP-1 / CCL2 Gene, 1 MCP-1 / CCL2 Lysate, 2 MCP-1 / CCL2 Protein, 3 MCP-1 / CCL2 qPCR. All MCP-1 / CCL2 reagents are ready to use.
Recombinant MCP-1 / CCL2 proteins are expressed by Yeast, Baculovirus-Insect cells with fusion tags as C-His.
MCP-1 / CCL2antibodies are validated with different applications, which are ELISA, IHC-P, ELISA(Cap), ELISA(Det), ICC/IF, IF.
MCP-1 / CCL2cDNA clones are full length sequence confirmed and expression validated. There are 13 kinds of tags for each MCP-1 / CCL2 of different species, especially GFP tag, OFP tag, FLAG tag and so on. There are three kinds of vectors for choice, cloning vector, expression vector and lentivrial expression vector.
MCP-1 / CCL2ELISA Kit are quality controlled by 8 internation QC standard which guarantee every ELISA Kit with high quality.
Expression host: Baculovirus-Insect cells
Monocyte chemoattractant protein 1 (MCP-1), also called CCL2, belongs to a group of CC chemokines located in chromosome 17q11.2. MCP-1 protein interacts with chemokine C-C motif receptor 2 (CCR2) to activate and recruit monocytes, macrophages, CD4+ T cells and immature dendritic cells to the site of infection [7–9]. The presence of MCP-1 protein in an adequate concentration is important for granuloma formation and M. tuberculosis clearance.
