Recombinant human IL10RB protein ( Catalog#10945-H08H ) |
| Antibody Type : | Mouse Monoclonal Antibody ( Mouse mAb Service Platform ) |
|
Clone ID : |
7E2D8 |
| Ig Type : |
Mouse IgG1 |
| Formulation : | 0.2 μm filtered solution in PBS with 5% trehalose |
| Preparation : |
This antibody was produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified, human cell-derived, recombinant human IL10RB extracellular domain ( rh IL10RB ; Catalog#10945-H08H ; NP_000619.3 ; Met 1 - Ser 220 ). The IgG fraction of the cell culture supernatant was purified by Protein A affinity chromatography. |
IL10RB / CRFB4 / CDw210b Antibody Usage Guide
|
Specificity : |
Human IL10RB / CRFB4 / CDw210b |
| No cross-reactivity in WB and ELISA with Human IFNGR1 / CD119 and human cell lysate (293 cell line). | |
| Western blot : | This antibody can be used at 1 - 2 μg/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect human IL10RB in WB. Using a DAB detection system, the detection limit for human IL10RB is approximately 4 ng/lane under non-reducing conditions and 2 ng/lane under reducing conditions |
| Direct ELISA : | This antibody can be used at 0.5 - 1 μg/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect human IL10RB. The detection limit for human IL10RB is 0.039 ng/well |
| Storage : | This antibody can be stored at 2℃-8℃ for one month without detectable loss of activity. Antibody products are stable for twelve months from date of receipt when stored at -20℃ to -70℃. Preservative-Free. Sodium azide is recommended to avoid contamination (final concentration 0.05%-0.1%). It is toxic to cells and should be disposed of properly. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. |

IL10RB / CRFB4 / CDw210b Antibody Background
The functional IL-10 receptor consists of two polypeptide chains, a ligand binding chain IL-10 Rα (IL-10 R1) and a signal transduction molecule known as IL-10 Rβ (IL-10 R2). Both chains of the IL-10 R are expressed on many hematopoietic cells, including lymphocytes, monocytes and neutrophils, with the IL-10 Rβ chain expressed at higher levels than the IL-10 Rα chain in most cases. Interleukin 10 receptor beta (IL-10 Rβ) , also known as CD210b and CRF2-4, is an 80-85 kDa member of the type II cytokine receptor family of proteins and contains two fibronectin type-III domains. The widely expressed IL-10 Rβ serves as a signal transducing accessory chain not only for IL-10, but also for other interleukins including IL-22, -28A, -28B and -29 (plus IL-26 in human) when complexed to the ligand-binding chains . It has been shown that the action of IL-10 delivered through its receptor can affect a variety of immune functions including inhibition of pro-inflammatory cytokine synthesis and regulation of the growth and function of B cells and antigen presenting cells. The human IL-10 Rβ shares 69% homology to its mouse counterpart in amino acid sequence. Research evidences indicated that defects in IL10RB are associated with susceptibility to hepatitis B virus infection.
